A set of 4 lenses from ARRI / Zeiss with a high resolution lens, improved contrast, almost no "breathing" and a T1.3 aperture to achieve a shallow depth of field. From 12mm to 150mm, Master Primes offer the natural skin tones and color reproduction that Zeiss is known for, and are color-matched for consistency across the set. These lenses have at least nine bladed apertures to create cinematic bokeh with a distinct drop in focus. Dual floating elements ensure optimal close-range focusing, minimizing "breathing" when focusing. Advanced T* XP coating reduces reflections, glare and improves contrast.
The lenses have a PL mount and a built-in LDS system for transmitting lens data to compatible cameras. The extended focus bar has ample marking space and is adorned with fluorescent engraving for easy viewing in low light conditions. The focus ring is indexed in both feet and metric; the ring can be reversed from one to the other by a qualified technician.
